Went in about 10 minutes ago and was told to sit anywhere we’d like. Waited about 10 minutes and was told we can’t sit ourselves. Our server he was talking in an aggressive way and had attitude. We asked about the build your own burgers forms and were told there were none but he was going to look. He did not look at . A table after us got all the attention. He after came just to take the order without saying anything, we decided to leave. BAD SERVICE, just wanted some tarot tots.
I’m not even a burger person, and I’ve been dreaming about this burger since I was last there! Bun was buttery and soft with the right amount of texture, burger was perfectly cooked and so juicy…their fries are to die for! Get the Parm fries!
Went here hoping to have a nice snack and root beer float with a friend and our two dogs after a long afternoon hike and was very displeased and put off by the negative attitude we recieved from one of the staff members. The first host I met was sweet and when I initially inquired about dogs being allowed to sit in the outside area I was told no, only if they were on the outside of the fenced area. Which honestly, being in RTC(a dog friendly area), I thought was odd but I wasn 't going to question it. A moment later after stepping outside to let my friend know, another host(assuming manager? Didn 't stick around to find out his name) came out and said we allow dogs as long as they behave . Which I know both our dogs are well behaved. But he already was stern, off putting and had a very stiff attitude and posture when approaching us and our dogs who were calmly already laying at our feet after we were shown to a table. And when he approached us at our table again, he was eyeing the dogs and commented he better not bite me or he has to get out of here and that was our last straw. So I kindly let the first host know it wasn 't his fault, but that we were very unpleased with the cold and unwelcoming atmosphere we recieved, deciding to go elsewhere where plenty of places welcome dogs. Just felt unwelcomed and the one host was insensitive. If he himself is wary of dogs, I am sure someone else could have assisted us. But if the place is going to allow dogs and be so bluntly rude about it, then there is a long way to go for them and plenty of other dog friendly places.
Best burger place I've ever been to! They have so many options, you can have pretty much anything you can think up. And the potato options are plentiful and delicious- tater tots, shoestring fries, garlic Parmesan fries, sweet potato fries, you name it, they've got it! Perfect vibe inside and 100% wheelchair accessible, including the restroom. Highly recommend and wish I could come here every day! Wheelchair accessibility: Stepless entry (door is a little heavy but they will open it for you) and plenty of tables that you can roll right under without your knees hitting the underside. Enough space between the tables to maneuver around easily and restroom is handicap accessible with paper towels and hand dryer next to the sink so that you don't have to touch your handrims with wet hands. The parking garage is only about 2 blocks away and has nice wide handicap parking spots with plenty of room for side ramps to unload.
