Okaeri - Reus

They have very little staff, and although the restaurant is tiny they can't handle things efficiently. As for the food, you get what you pay for. A main dish is about 6 euros and that's the quality you'll get. Also, if you like being treated as a respectable adult and hate being patronized, apparently this isn't the place for you! If you're interested in my experience, here it is: Ordered 1 starter to share and 2 main dishes, one each. 1 main dish was out within 10 minutes, and, if after more than half an hour passed I hadn't pressured the manager about the starter and the other main dish, (which, while I was waiting, I saw other people come in, sit down, order it and get it) I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten it at all. The starter came AFTER our main dishes, and only because the couple who sat down next to us ordered that same starter and lo and behold! They remembered that we'd ordered it too! All this would be fine if the manager, when addressed on this issue (and the fact that one of the main dishes was so salty it was unedible), hadn't blatantly disrespected us as customers, implying that what we'd seen with our own eyes was false and that we didn't know what we were talking about. Mind me, it's an open concept restaurant, and we could see perfectly all other tables get the same dishes we had ordered way before them. I won't be going back. There are plenty of better quality restaurants near there that aren't in the dodgy part of town and have much nicer staff. I don't recommend it!

This restaurant is one of the best cheap eats that you can find in the city. You can order a main plate with an overall of 6€ per plate. The place has regular tables and tatamis, which is nice if you want to feel the real japanese experience. Good quality for the price and totally recommended.

Good restaurant in the centre. Good japanese athmosphere with a good quality product. Despite this and they lack some basics about the service. I appreciate the family run touch but they are a bit slow servicing and not consistant bringing the food for everyone at once. Service and product is very good! But they lack of profesionalism...

La comida es genial buenísima, el trato muy familiar, la camarera es la bomba, simpática y agradable un 10.

Teriyaki, bouzas, langostinos rebozados, ramen, todo buenísimo. Un ambiente muy relajado y familiar a la vez y un precio fabuloso.
