New Fong's - Rexburg

I’m not from here but the food quality is up to par!! As a broke college student coming here to college and away from home, this is the best food around town. Super delicious and great portions for the prices. A lot of people don’t understand how much work that goes into a small family business, but they are amazing and always give the best service. Give them a visit sometime if you are in town.

The service was very friendly, and our food arrived quickly after we ordered—it was delicious! Everything was hot and fresh, and our waitress was excellent in ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place!

Super disappointed. While the service was good the food wasn't awesome. Our orders were wrong and we were sad that we didn't go to panda express. We asked to substitute an item. The waitress who has worked here for 5 years had to ask permission. That was weird and after it was approved the meal came with the wrong entree. All around super strange.

Fongs is inexpensive, so that’s nice. But I feel like the quality isn’t quite there. Food is heated unevenly sometimes. I think there is better spots out there for Chinese.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Fongs. I had heard various opinions about the place, but I truly enjoyed the food! The lo mein was delicious, and the hot and sour soup packed a real punch. The portions were generous, and I would highly recommend it—especially over Panda Express. The only downside was that it felt a bit pricey; my husband and I spent $46 for the two of us. However, I tend to be thrifty, so it might not be as bad as it seems. Overall, I definitely think you should give it a try. We’ll be returning for sure!
