Contribuisci feedbackMe and a friend came here after donating plasma, just to grab a bite to eat. We got there, and my friend immediately threw up. We felt terrible, but the staff, especially an employee named Nick, were super helpful. They brought out paper towels and helped properly clean it up, and afterward brought out a cookie, and helped make sure she was feeling OK. Thanks for being so helpful!
Convenient location although I got their buffalo chicken sandwich. I took a couple bites of it and some of the chicken was still cold. I think that they needed to put this in the toaster a little longer. Other than that everything was good.
Pretty upsetting that the subway app and browser won’t let you checkout, and when I go in store to see if they can apply the same discount in there because no other option works they said there is “no way I can use that same discount in store”. Not their fault the web service isn’t working, but that’s also not my fault at the customer.
I have ordered online twice now and when I got there to get my food, they hadn't even started on it. My toasted sandwich wasn't even warm when I was handed it. I will go to any other subway before I ever go here again.
I don’t care how many online orders you have, the customers in the store should come first. We are standing there being ignored while the employees are filling orders of people who aren’t here. It’s not acceptable. . .unless you hire employees dedicated to online orders only. I won’t be back!
