You have to be very careful with what you get. The employee gave my order to someone else and I received something completely different. I ordered a large Chicago burger and received a much smaller burger, the employee tried to convince me it was my order. When they finally explained that they had given my order to someone else, they asked me to wait for a new burger. When I received it turned out that the fries were cold (probably from the previous order) and the burger turned out to be a regular one, not enlarged as I ordered. I just wanted to add that there were only a few customers inside so it was not a busy day for them. Very bad customer treatment. I didn 't even hear the word sorry. Waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place for no one.

A normal Olís shop in contrast to the terrible Olís bun in Neskaupstaður. Big children's ice cream, friendly staff, neat and cool in there.

The man was super helpful! He's driving in front of the gas station. My friends and I traveled through Iceland and our tyre pressure was on. We wanted to fill it out, but we couldn't get one of our tires after we fought, we went in and asked the man for help. I tried to help, but the machine was bad. He told us to follow him, and he brought us to a tire shop and let us help another place. He was sweet. Not even flinch about going to another store to help us foreigners. Thank you, sir. We appreciate your goodness.
