They were out of white rice (with a wait of 29 minutes to make more), which sent many customers out the door. I decided to stay and wait... For my inconvenience, the staff was very kind in comping my meal and drink. Thankful for their superior customer service!
This evening was completely unacceptable. I waited more than 20 minutes after quoted pick up time. They didn't have the entire order available, didn't offer any refund for missing items. On top on that, an employee had a cigarette or cigar in his mouth while at the counter. Are you seriously kidding me right now?! This will unfortunately be the very last time I utilize this chipotle.
They tried to charge me 1.50 for a 1\4 th cup of vinegarette!! It has been free any other time I been there.
Terrible experience. I ordered digitally and waited in a long line to pick up. When I arrived my order was not quite ready yet which was fine as I was a few minutes early. They asked me to loop back around so I did. When I received my order they said they were out of chips and I could go online to give feedback and get a refund. Still, no problem. I was bummed because I loved the chips but I can get over that. When I got home both of our orders were wildly incorrect. Incorrect meats and toppings for both burrito bowls. On top of that they were ice cold which is a food safety issue. My husband and I were busy all day with the kids and barely ate so we were really looking forward to relaxing and enjoying a meal together. We both ate about 1/3 of our bowls and tossed them because we were both so disappointed and grossed out. We have both worked in the food industry for many years and know how unacceptable this experience was. Chipotle issued credits on my account to use in the future which I am grateful for but we will never go to this location again. I've never had an issue with Chipotle in the 20 years I have been eating there, until tonight. This location is shamefully representing the brand.
If you step into this Chipotle, be prepared to make negotiations. Last month, they didn't have chicken. Yesterday, they didn't have cheese or chips. I tried to visit today, and they literally locked the door on me as I tried to enter. It was 4:30 PM on a Wednesday! Why are you closed!? Why not put a sign on the door!? Why can't you keep your supplies in stock!? Get it together, Tussing Rd Chipotle!
