Marco's Pizza Reynoldsburg

I ordered pizza and breadsticks for my son's sleepover, requesting DOUBLE cheese and an extra garlic crust. Unfortunately, the pizza barely had any cheese, and it was thin and floppy. There was no garlic sauce on the crust at all—it was completely dry. Just last week, I ordered the same items, and they were fantastic, just as I had requested. This time, it felt like I got a boring, thin piece of cardboard instead. It was a total waste of the $10 discount I had earned. However, I do have to say that the delivery was quick and the driver was friendly.

I ordered a sub and some wings, and the email confirmation stated a 30-minute wait time. After waiting an hour, I called to check on the delivery and was told it would arrive in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it took another 45 minutes for the food to actually arrive. When it finally got here, the sub was soggy and falling apart, having clearly been left to sit for too long. The wings were obviously just reheated and barely warm. I won’t be returning. Additionally, trying to file a complaint on the company website just led me back to the order page. Service: Delivery.

There was a small hiccup, though; we received the wrong beverages. I called and spoke with the general manager, Brad, who was extremely helpful. He offered to send the correct sodas right away, but I let him know that it wasn’t necessary. Brad sincerely apologized for the mix-up and went ahead and refunded our soda purchase. My family truly appreciated his professionalism and efforts to resolve the issue. Despite the beverage mix-up, we will definitely continue to order from Marco's for our pizza nights. Kudos to the East Broad Street (Blacklick) team led by Brad. Your excellent customer service and delicious food are greatly appreciated!
