TGI FRIDAYS - Reynoldsburg

They were inconsiderate! They said it was no problem when I called and asked if I was 10 minutes late it would be ok. She put me on hold and checked with manager and said no problem she would update my info. We drove half way there and I called back because she never took my name. When I called back she said well actually my manager said you will have to wait after she already said that was fine if I was 10 minutes late and they’d update my reservation. So we had to turn back home. Very upset on Valentines Day! Very rude!

Food was okay. 5 of 8 servers called off on NYE but our server maintained a good level of service. Only issue some issues a burger w just cheese and bacon and came w a cheese sauce too he had not expected. They took burger back kept for 10 min, scraped sauce off and brought back lukewarm
