Considerando che siamo in germania saitta e' un buon ristorante con una cucina fatta abbastanza bene. Personale cortese buona carta dei vini a prezzi molto alti rispetto alla media. Consigliato. Si passa una bella serata Visualizza tutti i feedback.
I and my family wound up having a great time in Osteria Saitta. Osteria is very nice and the owner is friendly. I drank the best wine in my life. Staff very charm. I most certainly will come back.
My 1st visit was in 1991. After 20 years I still recommend this restaurant to all my friends and I try to visit them as much as I can. I live 120km away... Today again a top dinner... Worth the 2x 1.5hrs drive!!
Went this restaurant with some clients and had wonderful dinner. The selection of wine goes on and on and the food is also fantastic. (recommend to try truffle pasta) A bit pricy but honestly better to go this restaurant than any other in Altstadt
Very nice and cozy place. Sadly the service and the food killed it for us. The Carpaccio with Steinpilze was good but had no salt nor Lemon. Luckily we could order it. The mushrooms were hidden under a thin layer of Grana Padano cheese that...hurt the presentation. I wanted risotto with mushrooms instead of a saffron risotto with the ossobucco. The waiter first said that the saffron one was already prepared. I thought that it was weird, and after a while and with a fake smile he told me that it could be prepared. When it came it was a horrible disappointment!!! Just look at the picture!! They threw the meat over the mushroom risotto; poured the sauce (with tomatoes, carrots,etc) all over the whole thing and also put Gremolata (lemon and orange zest, which wasn 't mentioned on the menu) on top! The mix of flavors was terrible! They didn 't put any love or thought to it. Just replaced literally the risotto and put one thing over the other. I also requested to cook the rice a little more then al dente . I guess I wasn 't heard. Others ordered the filet mignon with balsamico sauce (medium rare). The 3 portions came well done . As a digestive, grappas were ordered. The 2 we tried were very bad quality. Not going back.
The hotel is located in picturesque cobble street Niederkassel this is just a small intimate and friendly place giuseppe and his team always present and attentive, eating seasonal and super, large weinlist and always a surprise little extra for regular. book them well in advance! that's a lively little place!
