Chun Ho Chinese - Rhondda Cynon Taf

I went to a takeaway restaurant with some friends to grab a bite to eat. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I give this place a try. The food was undercooked and some items were served cold. The staff were also unfriendly and rude.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. I ordered a large meal and was informed that delivery would take about 30-45 minutes, which I found to be reasonable given the size of my order. Surprisingly, my meal arrived in just 20 minutes and was absolutely heavenly. Every dish was perfectly cooked, piping hot, and delicious. To top it off, I even received a complimentary bottle of Fanta, which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this place, as all ten of us who dined there thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Unlike other Chinese restaurants, there was no excess grease dripping from the dishes. It was simply delicious! If I could rate this restaurant any higher, I would.

The staff was rude and I was horrified to see rats coming from under the shutters. I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant.

What and awful experience with chun ho. After being and hour late food turns up after looking in the bad wrong order.phones the Chinese to be greeted with a very unhelpful staff who was more concerned with what order I did have than the order that I didn’t even wanted me to go through the bag of somone else’s food. Another 10 mins go by and still no delivery driver comes to exchange wrong delivery,but did receive 4 phone calls from Chinese still going on about my wrong order. 2 hours late delivery driver shows up to exchange the wrong order with no apology or any words at all really. To sit down to enjoy my cold food, will never be ordering from there ever again.

Ordered through just eat. Waited the hour stated to then receive an email saying they had cancelled our order. Cheers then! Went to Wonderful Chinese in Mountain Ash and it was exactly as the name says. Wonderful!!
