Went in and was welcomed, they gave the dog some water. They took drinks orders. Soon after the lady owner started shouting at me saying to keep my dog in one area. He was on a lead so i said where would to like him to go? She continued shouting and saying she had people over for dinner and the dog is making the floor dirty. He is a medium sized cockerpoo and the floor is dark stone so we were confused as to why the dog wasn't welcome. She said we can go if we want which made us feel like we ought to. She continued shouting about the trouble we caused for making the floor dirty and wasting our drinks. We didn't say anything back to her yelling and she gave us no choice but to leave. I checked ahead and they say dogs are welcome. It was all a but bizarre and very disappointing.
Absolutely stunning as usual. We went there the Saturday evening before Mother's day, as a last-minute booking. They accommodated all 7 of us with no issue. My only complaint is they need to have a chicken meal on the children's menu without batter. Adults portions are massive, high quality as well. Can't wait for the next time.
