Barratt 's is above and beyond most luxury hotel experiences, without the high prices! On our second visit there, we were welcomed 'home ' and felt at home every moment. Rooms are well designed with thoughtful details and amenities. Food is outstanding, particularly breakfast! Elvira and David work hard to make sure everything is just so and it is, all the time. Love staying here and will be back soon! It 's a perfect place to use as a base explore the North Wales Coast. Just on the outskirts of Rhyl, a 5 minute drive to the A55 and all of the beauty of North Wales. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful, historic house situated in a serene and remote setting. The thoughtful touches that both Elvira and David provide are simply wonderful. It’s hard to express just how fantastic this place is. It’s definitely the ideal spot to stay or even just to visit for a meal. Guests will not find a more beautiful place to stay in Rhyl. Hats off to Elvira and David Barratt! Our rating on TripAdvisor is nothing less than excellent. Thank you for a beautiful stay! What a lovely place to stay! Elvira and David were incredibly welcoming. The room was beautiful, and the food was delicious. I felt so relaxed, and it truly felt like a home away from home. If they were to move to the driveway, the house resembles a charming chocolate box set behind a secret garden gate. I would highly recommend it!
