Blaze Pizza - Rialto

I visited the restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon when it wasn't crowded. Upon arrival, no one greeted us, and it took about three minutes for someone to come over and ask us to wait. The initial greeting sets the tone for the experience, and in this case, it was lacking. They ended up bringing us the wrong order, but the spacious dining area and quality food made up for it. Service can greatly enhance the dining experience, and a warm atmosphere is always welcome.

I ordered one of their thin-crust pizzas to go, but when I got home, I discovered that the entire center was undercooked and raw. I tried calling the restaurant right away, but I could only reach a recording—there was no way to speak to anyone. I also contacted their corporate office, leaving my name, email, and phone number, along with a description of the issue. However, I still haven't received any response or acknowledgment from them. Given the price they charge, I have no intention of returning. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would.

Every time an employee needs to replace the balls, it affects the pizza station. The front counter was dusty, and the men's restroom had a clogged urinal, causing water to overflow. Additionally, there were no towels available for drying hands. However, the food and service were excellent.

The first time to try blazing and it's pretty good. Service was good along with the quality of the pizza they served. Made to order and the style is very similar to Pieology. Cost: Quality: 4.5/5 Taste: 4.3/5 Service: 4/5 Total: 4.2/5

Love this Pizza bar! It?s like a salad bar but with all the pizza ingredients you want. I usually go there to grab a take out after work. Place is usually pretty busy on Friday and Saturday nights.
