The Diablo burger did not resemble the picture at all and was quite dry, with very little sauce. I was very disappointed.
I spent $25 on a burger and fries, and to my disappointment, it only included four fries. Overall, I wasn't impressed with this place.
When I kindly asked the staff member, Max, for no ice in my tea—since it was already cold and I didn’t want it getting colder—there seemed to be a misunderstanding. I didn't mention my asthma, fearing that extremely cold drinks could aggravate it, but he insisted on giving me the drink with ice anyway. To my disappointment, I ended up with five large ice cubes in my drink. I used to work for this company, and it held a special place in my heart—like Disneyland for me—because I'm from the coastal mountains of Baja Ensenada. I always put my all into my work and strived to maintain an excellent standard of service. After leaving to work for Disney as a food and beverage administrator, I’ve learned a lot about the importance of company values and kindness, which I believe should be part of every employee’s foundation. Additionally, my lid was broken, and despite asking gently for a replacement, I didn’t receive a new one. I understand that servers often have a challenging job, especially when they’re receiving minimal pay. They should be trained to approach their roles with a personal touch if they want to succeed. Life is full of ups and downs, and while I didn’t receive my Swiss cheese this time, I believe every experience provides important lessons. We learn to appreciate the good times because of the bad. As I reflect, I think about how moments like this can teach us patience and acceptance. So here’s to learning and growing, just like my favorite character, Usagi/Serena, reminds us that there’s more to life than chasing perfection.
They got my order correct so thats a plus
