The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Rialto

I used to really enjoy coming here before work, but in the past two weeks, I've noticed that the store often opens late. If I wait for it to open, I end up being late for work. Although the posted opening time is 4:30 AM, it typically doesn’t open until around 4:45 AM to 5:00 AM. Unfortunately, I think I’ll have to find another place to go. Food: 4/5

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After a long road trip, I stopped to use the restroom and grab some coffee. Unfortunately, the employees were quite rude, which made me feel unwelcome for simply wanting to use the bathroom before placing my order. Additionally, as someone who is lactose intolerant, I was given a latte with regular milk instead of a dairy-free option, which was not ideal. On the positive side, the food was good, earning a 4 out of 5 rating.

This coffee shop usually delivers excellent drinks and the staff at the drive-thru are always friendly. However, my first experience inside was disappointing due to poor service. There was no greeting or communication about the issue with the system being down. I was left waiting along with a long line of customers behind me. The cashier, who had long black hair (I didn’t catch her name as it was hard to see), seemed uninterested in her job; she didn’t smile or even acknowledge us with a simple “we’ll be with you shortly.” Instead, she kept rubbing her eye and touching her hair. After a while, someone else finally informed us that “the system is down and they won’t be taking orders”—but there was no apology offered. That was my only negative experience, and I hope it’s the last one; otherwise, I might stick to the drive-thru from now on. Despite this incident, I usually enjoy my drinks here.

Absolutely amazed at the awesome and kind employees at this location! Not to mention the delicious options on their menu! 5 out of 5 for all of the above! One particular employee amazed me the most! I didn’t catch her name, but lovely spirit and welcoming aura! Also awesome tattoos!Food: 5/5

In general Coffee Beans are delightful establishments with great drinks and wonderful employees but this one is truly one of the best I’ve been to. Every employee I’ve interacted with here has been welcoming and helpful and took the time to assist me when I have issues with an app order or I have questions about the menu. This place deserves a 10/10 every time.
