Merecida estrella Michelín. Gastronómicamente te tienen que gustar el concepto, pero si así es, es un lugar para disfrutar. Recomendable. El local es una moderna pecera acristalada combinada con maderas. Bonito pero un poco desangelado, frío. Tampoco se como será en verano con mucha gente en el paseo marítimo esa sensación de pecera. Las vistas son excelentes. El servicio fue perfecto en todo momento. En nuestro caso optamos por el menú degustación sabores de la tierra con maridaje. Excepcional. Es difícil destacar algún plato, quizás la vieira y una gran cresta de gallo crujiente fueran los mejores y el postre lo más flojo. El precio es elevado. Recomendable como experiencia gastronómica. Not only do we love everything, but they also had the detail of adapting the tasting menu to our daughter who is allergic to fish. we have loved to try different flavors of cunning.
