Contribuisci feedbackWhat a place! We waited 45 mins for a table which we took as a good sign as so many locals eating here. Incredible short but fab menu of local seafood. Cheap generous portions. Cosy homely restaurant efficient staff. Have the Ribeira red wine 12 euros a bottle delicious. We had fried hake, Galician style hake, small salad enough for 3! razor clams, oysters 12 for 8 euros!! langoustines, cray fish blooming delicious!!! Flan homemade of course and tarta de whiskey. A must visit!
Was out here visiting my father who spends 2-3 months a year living here. Obviously, while in Galicia, especially so close to the coast, one must load up on as much seafood as possible. I asked him for the best seafood in the area, and this is where he took me. Be warned however, that whatever seafood they have on hand is what they have. That's it. They do and will run out for the day. If you do not want to be turned away or have to end up eating shrimp and meat only, get there by 1p the latest. Not only will you be guaranteed their fresh catch for the day, but you will get a good seat before the mad rush. Within a matter of minutes, that place got slammed. Everyone, and I mean everyone knows the deal here. Their cooking methods are old and simple, but completely efficient and flavorful because the flavor is in the freshness of the fish. I totally recommend this place and will certainly visit every time I come.
We had been looking for local restaurants to enjoy seafood in Galicia but it was not easy to find since we are on the quiet season and most of them are closed, but we glad we found this place.. All dishes are very tasty and fresh. The service is very quick Price is fair good price , we had 4 dishes+2 house salad , bottle of white wine(vino de casa) one bottle of beer, 1 desserts to share and the bill is €56. We enjoyed the food so much .. Recommended
