Kfc Clitheroe - Ribble Valley

Just been shopping and decided to get a KFC on are way home, we were not that hungry so the wife and I said we could share a bucket for 1 with some chicken gravy. And it was plentiful for us at lunchtime, we got 2 pieces of chicken, 2 chicken mini fillets and 2 spicy wings, fries and a drink. A young lady called Bethan service me, she was very polite and friendly, it was a finger licking delight. Enjoy

Since under new management there has been a huge improvement in the running of the store, nice and clean, friendly staff! Don't expect too much given the current corona situation, some people's comments are ridiculous. It's a hard time for all have a little patience.

Having waited at the drive through for 5 minutes and nobody takes our order we eventually went inside. A few people were waiting for orders so after checking that nobody was waiting to order we started queuing by the till. The lady eventually came and took a mans order who had gone to the front of the queue and we were barged in front of by another man who placed his order and was very rude to my partner and I as we waited. This was allowed to happen by kfc staff. She then walked away and left us waiting. At this point we gave up as we had an appointment to keep. Sorry kfc, you need more staff and a little more customer care. We ended up not having time to buy food and won’t be going back as we were left feeling quite upset by what we encountered.

Absolutely disgusting I’ve just got home to my chips are undercooked/ not cooked! And the chicken is absolutely freezing! They need to either sack every member of staff or the manager needs to sort his s**t out im fuming this is not the first time I’ve had an issue

Clean and tidy restaurant. Good food. Quick service, staff member looked/acted like she was a vending machine.!!!!
