This restaurant is like a little slice of heaven. It has a fabulous location with a lovely atmosphere, you can't go wrong dining here. It's just minutes away from many attractions. The rooms are top-notch, the service is excellent, and the location couldn't be better. This hotel is perfect for a romantic and quiet getaway.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The receptionist seemed to look down on me and gave me a vague description of where to go. The room initially looked nice, but upon closer inspection, I found stained carpets, cobwebs on the chandelier, black gunk in the jacuzzi bath, and black fungus under the bath mat. The bed had crumbs on it and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. When I complained to the receptionist, she was dismissive and reluctantly offered me another room, which also had its own issues. I encountered broken furniture, cobwebs, and loose carpeting. The staff seemed more concerned with getting payment than addressing the problems. It's clear that this place is struggling financially and it's a shame because it has the potential to be much better. Rooms are unkempt and in need of repair and a thorough cleaning. Avoid staying here. No apologies, no discounts, just bad attitude.

My spouse and I had our wedding at The Villa, Wrea Green in September 2023 and it was an incredible day. Our guests were impressed by the beautiful venue and praised the delicious food. Kathryn went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us and our guests. We would highly recommend The Villa as a wedding venue. What a wonderful hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We rated the rooms a 4, the service a 5, and the location a 4. The hotel offers great value for the price.
