Chick-fil-a - Richardson

Updated 7/23/24: Shrinkflation is real at this CFA! Our chicken sand filets were about the size of the sauce packet! What food we did get was good and the people are still as friendly as you 'd expect from CFA but if these new sizes are to stay I probably won 't feel like going back to my fav restaurant! It 's Chick-fil-A, you know what you 're getting here: Delicious chicken with a side of great friendly fast) service! Even when they are busy they keep the flow moving so everyone can get their food.

Always enjoy a Chick-fil-A sandwich. This is a good location.

Every time I eat chicken soup I get diarrhea every time I order more than five people and pick up I miss a drink or side

I am only in the area for 5 days a month. But when I do I love coming to this CFA for breakfast bc I am always served by the most sweetest person! Pilly!! She is always so sweet and personable asking questions about you. Keep Pilly CFA she is a star!

I frequent many locations because of work, but this location by far has to be worst. I have tried on 3 different occasions, and each time the food is greasy and never hot but warm. Shocking considering the quality of their brand. But it's horrible, putting it nicely.
