Dos Charros - Richardson

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is truly delicious. The staff is decent, although not exceptional. I've also used their catering service, and while it can be costly, it's conveniently located near my home. They are quick, often preparing your catering orders in just a few hours, and I’ve always received my orders accurately.

Perfect and straightforward Tex-Mex! I've been coming here since high school (probably even middle school), and I'm about to turn 40 this year. It's a family-run business with reasonable prices and delicious food. With all the fancy restaurants popping up in Richardson, it's refreshing to have a place that feels unpretentious, offers reliable service, and doesn't require a long wait.

The beef was tender and flavorful, while the chicken had just the right amount of spice. The shrimp was juicy and paired beautifully with the slightly charred onions at the bottom of the platter, making each bite a delight. While the sides were fantastic, they weren't even necessary to enjoy the meal. My only suggestion would be to have some butter on hand to spread on the tortillas before filling them up! The portion sizes were generous; we both had our fill, and even had leftovers to take home! Oh, thank you, God! (Imagine me saying this in my best Tabitha Brown voice.) If you're in the mood for some delicious Tex-Mex fajitas, definitely give Dos Charros a try!

Showed up with a party of 6 at 8:50pm on Saturday night. They were kind and seated us even though they were closing at 9pm and we didn 't realize it and NO ONE said, 'sorry we 're closing soon '. We ordered, the food was hot and delicious and then a 7thmember of our party showed up at 9. The waiter still handed him a menu and let him order. Not until another person arrived at9:20 (and was seated) did they turned off their OPEN sign. Excellent service and food. Thank you

Classic Tex-Mex food.If you know your mexican food and remember the old style restaurants of the 60?s and 70?s this is your place. The staff is friendly and recognize regulars even the preferences). Been coming here for years and love it. The bakedcheese nachos are a throw back to the simple but tasty style . The prices are beyond reasonable.
