Fernando's Mexican Cuisine - Richardson

I took a friend out for a birthday brunch at Fernando's. There were plenty of seats available, so we were able to secure a table early (they are definitely busy in the evening).

I recently went to this restaurant after a long absence. It's located near my workplace, but I don't go there often. The reason for my visit this time was for a special occasion.

The margaritas were decent, but not as exceptional as others I have had. The beans were not appetizing and had an unusual color. The rice, however, was good.
