Mcdonald's - Richardson

I visited this McDonald's this afternoon and had an amazing experience. The cashier was extremely friendly and accommodating that they came to our table to see if we need additional water or if we wanted to remove our garbage. The service was so good that my friend even joked that we eat in a high-class restaurant, not a fast food joint. The food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. I would not have asked for a better experience This McDonald's seems to have brought customer service to a completely new level! Very recommended!

Worst McDonalds ever. Always out of ice, and late at night, they never accept credit cards because the “system always updated.” It seems that this place is just lazy, they do not want to repair the ice machine or properly update their cash registers. Save yourself anger and don't go to this. I gave enough chances to finally give up. Instead, go to the place on Arapaho, they are always on the whole menu in stock, and never give me any problems.

Had to order from the kiosk. Instructions on the kiosk said to take a number and sit on the table and your food will be brought to you. After 10 minutes on the counter, they said they had called our number and the food was on the counter. I have to go to the table and it wasn't what we ordered. Food: 2/5

I really hate how to order on the app, but if I go into the window (to make it look like they took less time, then they do to fill the order) they have drag me to the parking places to wait for my order. And they were rude. You have two windows that could help people behind me.

Went thru drive thru, had to wait for our meals in a spot. Ordered a 5 &7. Didn't bbq sauce, and was missing meat on a cheeseburger, other burger had a burnt bun. Manager said they'd give me another meal...Food: 2/5
