Nana's Country Citchen Catering

I have never met a more friendly staff. I was the only one in the restaurant and they gave amazing recommendations. I had the smothered pork chop with mashed potatoes and green beans. Those green beans were a spiritual awakening for me. They were so good. I could eat a whole plate of just that. The mashed potatoes were creamy and the gravy was a symphony of flavor. The pork job fell off the bone so easily I could cut it with a fork. I can’t wait to come back and get my fix again. This food was so delicious. So glad I stumbled upon this place.

Nana and her husband are the best. The food is great and the service is even better. Thank you guys for bringing such a restaurant to the Garland/ Richardson area. Everyone should try you all out.

I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch today from Nana's Kitchen. I had the fried chicken dinner that came with 3 sides, and everything tasted like you're back home at mom's table. The owners take pride and love with every meal they make and serve. If you're looking for great soul food with good service, this is the spot.

I had the ox tails. It was delicious, and the smothered chicken was also delicious. I wasn't too fond of the Mac n cheese. I love the green beans and the greens. And the fried catfish was delicious also. I will be going back. I'm trying to taste everything on their menu.

Okay Nana!! Y'all out did yourselves I got the catfish lunch special for me and my husband both with sweet potatoes and he had dressing and gravy and I had cabbage. My God everything was absolutely delicious the catfish was crispy and well seasoned just like we like. And that cabbage ohhh wee made me taste buds sing lol everything was amazing. Love me some good soul food and Nana's sure put LOVE in what they cook. Next time got to get me some cool aid and a slice of sweet potato pie. Again thank you for making my stomach happy
