Pizza Hut - Richardson

Pro: Delivery was fast and everything was ordered received. Driver was kind too, so I'll give it to him. Cons: Do not read the notes or make sure the toppings are correct. I always try to give them chances, but I get almost raw pizza with missing toppings. Last time they sent someone's pizza. This time my bread sticks had the nerve to be burned while my pizza was teig. My pizza sauce hardly had a sauce in it, so the nipples were simply unusable. As expensive as everything is now, could at least give customers what they pay for.

This location is just garbage honest, I was a pizza hat guy for years this is the only one that is that every time I call over the phone they never pick up or when they do it, they put me on hold and the phone ends up waiting for hanging after 30 minutes. I'm sure you need a new team. Pizza hat must definitely make better

15 minutes turned into 50 minutes and when finally the order was given and tried a slice on the way home it was not hot even warm. But after waiting for so long in the lobby, I was late, so I didn't want to go back and deal with waiting for another. But definitely not plan to order soon

Very skimpy toppings , just lots of sauce , not worth the money

My cheese sticks were a bit burnt but hey I’m not perfect either so I can’t blame them. Thin Crust Pizza is my favorite.
