I waited 36 minutes for a freak smoothie, which I'm mad in the world. Late just for a smoothie. All after me in accordance with the order. When I finally got mine. There were some things I ordered in my smoothie. So I let the team member know. And she did it again. because of the line and wait I took my smoothie like. worst smoothie I had including experience....

If you're in a hurry, forget it. No sense of urgency and they move at a clear pace. Not even busy! Don't waste your time in this place.

The nice Mexican lady lady I do believe her name is Hermina she back there killing it knocking orders out!! so sweet!!! Definitely coming back! She cool

Props to Allen! Friendly, welcoming, and willing to make menu suggestions and ultimately help me customize a great smoothie. Sorry smoothie king but the menu is way too loaded with added fruit juices extra sweeteners etc. that are needed. Let the magic of the fresh fruit and veggies work for us. You don’t find a lot of young kids like Allen giving such a great customer service these days. I hope the company takes good care of this young man!
