Taco Bueno - Richardson

Taco Bueno is known for its high standards, so it was disheartening to see someone not in a proper uniform—with no Taco Bueno logo or name tag—acting unprofessionally. I decided to speak to the manager about my concerns. She was very nice and handled my order herself, which helped improve the situation. I would definitely return as long as she is available to take my order personally. When I'm paying the premium prices at Taco Bueno, I expect everything to be complete, correct, and in line with all procedures and corporate guidelines.

Parking is rough. The food is great. Nice staff. Clean dining room. Nice place for a quick lunch.

Ordered the food at the drive through and was in route home in a flash.

6pm Saturday, had a good dinner and went to restroom. After a bowel movement, there NO TOILET TISSUE. OK, I'll use paper towels. NO PAPER TOWELS. OK, I'll used a paper towel someone may have dried their hands. Trash can was empty, tall young male had emptied all trash cans when we arrived. Obviously, no list of how to replenish the restroom. LAST RESORT use my UNDERWEAR TO WIPE MY A . As I left, the Manager, NO NAME TAG, heavy set female would not give me a receipt, saying phone is not correct so I don't know if the information CORRECTION... FRIDAY, 6/17/22
