Contribuisci feedbackHad an issue with our order. The guy taking our order sounded like he didn't know what to do. They were out of ranch for a chicken sandwich, and wanted to charge us extra for it. Which made no sense. We asked if they could just put salad ranchdressing packets on it, but that would be an extra charge too. The person taking the money, didn't know how to take a reward offmy phone from the app. They got a manager, and the manager solved our issues with a very polite manner. Of course, all thesewhataburgers recently are very slow at making everyone's food.
Don't go there for breakfast before 8am. The food quality is trash and always cold, they have you waiting for minutes at the window before they come take your payment and then still take minutes after payment. Upon eating my meal it was very cold anddry.
I've given this location the benefit of the doubt way too many times. I'm not coming back. There is always some sort of mix up, missing item, wrong charge, and a minimum of a 30 min wait that forces you to walk inside and ask about your order that's nowcold. The manager is usually hiding behind a wall organizing sauces while her staff and operation crumbles. There's always aline of people who came from the drive-thru complaining so I'm definitely not the only one. Do yourself a favor and goelsewhere.
Slow drive through service and they never remember all my stuff. I need salad dressing if I order a salad, and a fork. Could be better. The food quality is always good though.
I love Whataburger!!! You let me down today. Ordered me a burger and the meat wasn?t even warm! ???? First bite I felt an ice cube crunch on the lettuce. Meat was cold and fries were ok. I will return, just not to this location. Come on Whataburger Youcan do better.
