Contribuisci feedbackI usually love this place; however the staff turnover has changed my feelings for the worse. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Placing an order takes double the time, only for the order to come out wrong. Upon returning, no apology was made. They simply tossed the wrong order into the trash and begrudgingly made a new one. I miss the old staff.
Breakfast sandwich and egg bites were both very good. Please have personel who know how to use the register and place an
Bad Dunkin. I'm a big fan of Dunkin but this store each time is less than good. Today I tried the chocolate croissant which the description says is warm. This store didn't warm it at all. If I'm in this part of town I'd rather just go to the grocery store and get my donut and coffee there it costs less too
Great store with very nice employees and good prices for donuts.
My father had an incident at this Dunkin Donuts a few months ago where a staff member acted like he was trying to scam a free order when in reality they had lost his ticket. He provided the order to them from the app on his phone and he was told by the woman “she would not do this again!” As if HE had done something wrong. I complained and was contacted by someone in charge of the store who was supposed to send a gift card out to right the wrong. That never happened. Also, now every time my father goes into this store, the woman whispers to other employees and they turn around and look at him. So unprofessional!!!! He was an every day customer and now he actually hates going in there. I will be making my way in to find out her name. Dunkin Donuts needs to train her on how to treat customers.
