We go here all the time and the drinks are always amazing. I've tried multiple and they never disappoint.

Service needs improvement. Ordered online and waited 15 mins and order was still not ready and waited another 20 mins and only drinks were ready and not food by the time I got my drink it was all melted. Yes I had a larger order but I also gave them plenty of time and they probably wouldn’t have even started on my order if I didn’t ask and acknowledge I was here.

We love Tii Cup! They have a great variety on their menu, so there is something for everyone's taste.I'm always happy with what I order. You can walk in to order with a person or on the kiosk, or you can order ahead using their website. Either way, it's quickly prepared. I love their flavored green teas with popping pearls , and my hubby enjoys their milk teas. There's plenty of parking in the big shared lot. Really loved the dragon fruit motiito ube twister. The swings were really neat to sit on while your waiting.

I went to order today Calamari Fried crispy and Bubble tea, also a smoothie. I was sitting on one of the swings. When all of sudden one of the back ropes broke. I fell over and was hanging on for dear life. I am older woman mind you with my small child. Not one worker asked if I needed help. I couldn't hang on any longer. I hit my head on the wall. My back on the floor. I was in ?. Then I realized what happened. I told the workers the rope broke on me. They need to close the swing. They one girl told another girl. Who just laughed and did nothing. When I left the store the back of my head was in pain. Also my low back. What absolutely horrible service. They didn't apologize or anything offer me anything. I am thoroughly disgusted with the treatment. I had been going here for the past two years.
