They have good pizzas with a variety of toppings. The staff is wonderfully friendly. I wish they had a better selection of desserts. Still, it's a great place. My husband and I frequently eat here. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Many years ago I visited the Pizza Inn in The Colony. The experience there was really good, so I was expecting the same when I took my family to the one in Richland Hills last night. It was definitely not the same experience. When we arrived, there was no fresh pizza on the buffet. It was stale and stiff, and there was not a lot of variety. Fortunately, fresh pizzas were eventually brought out. The fresh pizzas weren't bad, but they weren't great. And still there was not a lot of variety. The waitress only visited our table to deliver our initial serving of water and the check. Yes, it is a buffet, but i was out of water for quite a while, so i drank some of my wife's water. The ceiling tiles are drooping and one even looked like it had severe water damage and possible rot. When we walked out, we (including my children) heard staff in the kitchen plainly using the f word in conversation. This was not a good experience for us and we will not be back.
