Arby's - Richland

Fast food is what it is, the same here as most Arby’s restaurants that we’ve visited. However, this restaurant seemed particularly clean, the food was served hot and the service was fast and friendly, all points that set it above average for fast food restaurants in the TriCities.

Went through the drive thru tonight at 9:50 when they close at 10:00 after getting off work at my fast food restaurant and they were super nice about it even though it’s a pain when people come in right before close. I was helped by Jose and Cristian they are very nice guys and definitely deserve the most from this company. :

I love the Richland Arby's and their crinkle cut fries and cream cheese jalapeños!! Broncoberry sauce is the bomb

Having worked at Arby 's, I have this to say....the bun was burned, and the beef was not sliced to the proper thickness, too think and the sandwich was thrown together . Not one of the better restaurants I 've visited and the drive thru line moved really slow, in line for more than 10 minutes.

Food was delicious and service was fast. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. Clearly management cared about this place and takes pride in their work. Well done
