I went in the end of December late, there was a good amount of people waiting for their food plus uber or dashers. The manager running the place was very rude to everyone with an elevated tone, you could tell the employees were intimidated by him, he was barking orders at them too.
You would think, that with so many bad reviews, the owner or corporate would do something about this place. However, The Manager of Richland WA. Jack in the box, forgot sauces for our mega munchies box delivery and refused to take responsibility or provide compensation for the 12 extra miles, or our loss of income for the 45 minutes that were were unable to work. This also left the customer eating cold food which he said he was not happy about. Manager was rude and unprofessional and triggered us to be the same to him. We hate being triggered.
I had a $5 dollar bill, and 42 cents on card, and they refused my service bc I had a card and part cash, that is bad customer service they are they refused my purchase bc I had 2 way to purchase. They are the 1st business to do this, this is bad customer service and rude to customers. you should take dual payments especially cash and card, if you want customers to keep coming back. This is disrespectful to me, I don't recommend these guys poor customer service in payment allowance, rude to not accept cash and card, the basic. Not cool!!! No one else does this!!!
Just a heads up at this place if you're a delivery driver. You're not considered someone that can use the bathroom there. The manager told me that we are not customers just because we are delivering food. So you cannot use the bathroom for delivery food from their restaurants.. I will never be ordering food from this restaurant again terrible service
