Shari's Cafe And Pies - Richland

My husband and I came to the cakes and fries tonight. Late in the night and I am pregnant, so when they told us that they were from Pommes and could give us only a rain check, I probably looked less than satisfied. They asked if we wanted to stay anyway and I said no I am tired and I want to go home. The super sweet lady on the front (I don't push me to ask her name) offered us to send us home with a piece of cake. Not only that, she threw into another one I like, and told me to try and go home and rest. I am delighted with their customer service!! We'll be back in any case and for the kindness of this lady. She went beyond and beyond. I wish I got her name and let a manager know how great she made us feel. Someone gives her a raise! Good customer service is hard to come these days, I am glad to see some people still care. Thank you, lady.

It's diner food uninspired but inexpensive and someone else does the washing up. Husband had the meat lover's skillet, which was greasy but ok. I had the lemon chicken and rice, which was a little dry but actually not bad. The apple pie was quite good. And the service was excellent. Shout out to our waiter, Jeremy. He was cheerful and attentive, and is the reason I'm giving four stars instead of three.

Sharis is one of the few places I visit frequently. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is of high quality, and there's a wide variety of options to choose from. You can also order online for pickup or delivery. I highly recommend this restaurant!

During our visit to Richland, we dined at Shari on George Washington Way. I can always count on these restaurants for excellent food and service, and this time was no different. Despite the challenges posed by Covid-19 restrictions, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our dinner was enjoyable.

We ordered takeout and chose to eat in our cars. I had a salad similar to a Cobb salad, and it was delicious. My cousin had a hamburger, and we both enjoyed a piece of cake. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. There's no better place for cake, and the salad was wonderful too.
