Starbucks - Richland

I highly recommend this restaurant, as it is one of my favorites! The staff is always very friendly and they consistently make my coffee just the way I like it. I definitely recommend trying their dishes!

I have typically had a good experience at this restaurant, but this morning there were two workers who were flirting with each other instead of taking my order. I asked for a salted caramel cold brew with foam, but received a cold brew with a strange taste that resembled mother's milk.

The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, the staff were engaging, and the experience was exceptional!

Has an atmosphere like overworked underappreciated employees. Deserve more money. Deserve better schedules. Deserve respect.

Closed. Safeway Starbucks nearby is not capable of making more than one drink in 5 minutes. I know because I stood at the counter for five minutes before I was noticed. No one in line. Two teens ordered one drink each sometime before me. They were at the delivery counter. The two baristas were chatting away as I was stood waiting to order. Then one barista addressed me and said, It will be three minutes ..... Before we are finished with orders and take yours.
