Whataburger #1093 - Richland

When we were there, it was very busy! we were on the way to home from vacation and we were tired and hungry. the food was great and the service was even better. there was a girl who worked in the lobby to check if they needed nothing and she was great! I forgot to check her name sign, but she was great for us and especially our children. they snared with them and spoke to them about our journey. she was great! thank you for making our trip a little easier!?

Waited 45 minutes to get out for online order. Yes, we went during the midday, but a good manager should have more employees during the rush hours. the it's the smallest I've ever seen in a whataburger, and it wasn't kept clean, as all the workers are working on things I suspect. was there over an hour, cans were overflowing, to the right before our departure and the line on the switch was all the time out of the door. the people filled the waiting area near the counter also all the time. also several fly around in the escaping area. had also not seen that 1 tables are cleaned at all. this location is underoccupied and needs some employees. they have a lot of business, I would hate them losing everything. did not give them 1 star, because despite waiting, my order was right and everything turned out to taste great!

I placed an online order for one burger and fries I arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready and stood at the counter for 40 minutes 20 people came in after me ordered got their food and left while I waited on my burger I finally had to walk into their kitchen after they checked on my food like 3 time just to be told it had been ready the whole time and they just had to hand it to me so basically never place an online order here they don't understand how their system works it's also really dirty they just don't clean the drink machines I would eat somewhere else you get a big drink and the fries are decent a little too salty but the burger wasn't very good Burger King, Sonic, and Wendy's are all better and a lot faster.

This place was packed to the door. We went threw drive through to get out food and for the amount of people there it didn't really take long and not one thing was left out of the order which was pretty big. Staff was very friendly also.

Good Food. Price was ok.No military discount...Dr Pepper shake was not working, should have taken a star off for that!!
