Arby's - Richm

My order was not delivered properlyI ordered one thing macaroni and these bites. And received just macaroni and cheese. The sweet tea was bad, it had probably been out there for too longI have usually been pleased with the Arby's on Patterson AveThis experience and the lack of attention to my complaints.Will CAUSE us to choose another place to dine.The most difficult thing was the total lack of concern about my screwed up order, and the STALE SWEET TEA.

Got the beef and cheddar kids meal. Was surprisingly good. Real cheddar instead of that fake sauce.

I almost always get takeaway, so I don't have as much experience with dining in. The few times I have, the atmosphere has been meh, but it was mostly because of the clientele, less because of anything the place is doing. Long story short, you get a lot of the Sunday after-church crowd at Arby's for some reason, and I don't really vibe with that personally. Otherwise, it's a fine place to eat.

We had a wonderful experience at the Timberland store, great and informative sales lady.This is funny.I put wrong review here as anyone can see.This is Arby's not Timberland outlet store yet this ARBY'S OWNER thanked me for the review which had nothing whatsoever to do with food.Please read the reviews.However, I love Arby's food, in this case 2 beef and cheddar which were DELICIOUS.

They forgot the sandwich I ordered. I was getting a quick lunch so I couldn't return!
