NBC12 On Your Side awarded this restaurant its highest recognition for cleanliness, customer service and overall excellence. The co-owner of restaurant (wife) recently passed away. In interview, the surviving owner (widower) was visibly emotional remembering his wife and also honored to have their restaurant recognized again. He vowed to work hard to maintain the standards that earned restaurant award. I believe him. Condolences in this loss and congratulations in honoring legacy in her memory.

I love the food here you definitely get your money's worth! I get angry when Mr Waterman isn’t open for business when I come through. But guess what.....he’s OPENNNNNN today! GREAT SERVICE WITH EXCELLENT FOOD

For the last 15 yrs. I have been dining in and out of Carribean Chef. I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service. The food....the real carribean food that you would get from a real carribean kitchen, but you dont have to travel a long, long way to get it.....its in America! Their food is always cooked fresh and sometimes made to order. On that note, calling before going is an option. Trust me this is a golden hidden spot. Try it and then go and tell your friends and family.
