Dunkin' - Richm

Dude, that appeared to be. The manager did not wash his hands after going to the restroom and went straight back to work. That is just plain disgusting. What makes it worse is then he goes over and shakes the hand of one of two ladies sitting at a table in the dining room, which appeared to be maybe district managers or something to that effect.. I tried four times to call the store to warn the people at the table no one ever answered.

Very friendly staff! Love the manager and my daughter does too. They always go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service.

I always come here on my breaks at Target to get coffee and they’re always so welcoming and kind. My coffee is always exactly how i like it. Big shoutout to the kind lady who made my 2 coffee’s this morning, they were both excellent!

I actually stopped here to get gas and my hand came back from the pump handle wet and greasy. I was scared, so I went inside to wash my hands. Two bathrooms. No soap in one. The other one? No. I went out and asked if they had any soap and explained what happened. Dunkin employee behind one of the counters rolled her eyes, mumbled something, and walked to the back. Then a dude walked out and said they had no soap. The gas station attendant also said no soap. I look at all the donuts. I look at peoples hands. I said wow that 's gross . I went back into the bathroom to grab some paper towels to wipe my hands and the pump, but none of those either. So I went over to the Dunkin counter and grabbed some napkins. Dude starts walking towards me yelling HOW R U GONNA TAKE MY NAPKINS AND NOT BUY ANYTHING . Was he serious? Yup!! ...What happens after they use the bathroom? Moral of the story, don 't eat the donuts. OSHA, snatch these peeps up pronto please.Dietary restrictions: DO NOT.

Very nice place, I order a latte and it was delicious also the employee that took our order was very nice and pleasant and very attentive and patience with us, very polite and helpful, I didn’t took her name but she had green hair more hight light) very nice young lady.
