Contribuisci feedbackI had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts today. I bought a donut for my daughter, and when she was thirsty and asked for a drink of water, I was surprised that the staff wanted to charge me 75 cents just for tap water. This felt unreasonable and left a bad taste in our mouths. Definitely not what we expected from a well-known brand. It's safe to say that we found both the place and the management lacking in customer service and hospitality.

Shout out to Bruna who was a complete angel when I didn’t know which drinks were dairy free. I don’t frequent DD so I was unsure of the menu. She was so kind, had the biggest smile and helped me find a drink I could have. Great service. Thank you!
Update..When did we start charging 75 cents for a small water? I get paying something for the cup and straw and the worker carrying the cup and handing it out the window… but cmon yall.Always a great place! They have always given fast and friendly service.
