She's so mean and rude, not very polite.Rushes to make your sandwich to get you put the way, and you can barely get a word out to even say what you would like on your sandwich and just slap it together.Seems like the younger guy that works under her is very nervous when she's there.
No name tags to specify but the person helping us said 2 words the entire order!!! What cheese! That was it, otherwise just stood staring at me. I'm not a social person so I get not being super pleasant but I did expect more than just breathing.
Rude staff.Listen, I order online to NOT have to stand in line. But I get there 10-15 minutes after putting in my order. The APP says they’re building. They haven’t even started on it and refuse to until they get through their line. So not building actually.Why isn’t my order put in line the moment I order it? The employee when I asked where my food was said “It doesn’t have to be ready until 5:10.” Listen whatever your receipt says isn’t the time to make the food. You make it as soon as you can unless I request a later pickup.And don’t give me attitude. I actually tipped. I will be submitting a complaint through Subway’s system as well. It’s absurd I put in an order to skip the line and am still forced to stand in line. Absolutely ridiculous. Jonathan was his name.Literally arguing with me about it. Telling me the order was 5 minutes ago when I walked into the store 10 minutes before. Insisting he didn’t have to start the order until the latest time it was due.What’s the point of the app then? I got to wait in line either way. So I’ll just delete this app and take my business to Jimmy Johns. Their employees are actually trained and aren’t untrained losers with chips on their shoulders.
I called the store just to ask if there was a debit card left there from the day before but right when the lady picked up the phone she started saying hurry hurry we 're busy . honestly i would have waited if she just would have told me and put me on hold but instead rude and unprofessional.Then she goes let me ask the manager and i said okay. then i just simply asked why she had to be rude in the the first place and she hangs up the phone so i called again and a guy answer saying we don 't have your stuff at this point i was over them not having my card they were just plain disrespectful and i asked for the manager and he goes she 's not here so then the other employee just lied wont go there anymore and i will be calling again to talk to the manager
Awesome subs as always.Loved the size of the shop. Not too big and well managed. Appropriate for the level of foot traffic.
