Contribuisci feedbackI don't know how this boba shop survives where it is, in Richmond, where there is almost one boba tea shop on every block.To be fair, the drinks are ok. I used the app deals, so I won't complain how expensive the OG prices would be. What upsets me is how undertrained and unattentive their staff are. My last drink was not even sealed properly, and it split in the car. Luckily for me, I didn't get burned because my supposed hot drink was barely lurk warm.(Photo taken at home, after I cleaned up the car and cloth)
I would give five stars for the service I received from Jason yesterday when I ordered two drinks, though the drinks I tried for the first time weren’t to my preference (hence the four stars overall out of five) I still really appreciated how humble and kind Jason was in his interactions with customers. I hope he will be richly blessed for it.
Had a great experience here, their coffee milk tea is sooo good. The coffee part is a bit strong, but overall 10/10. I applaud the customer service, the lady that helped me was so genuine and kind and really wanted to make sure I enjoyed my time there, and was open minded. Great place!
Staff are not trained at all. Cashier didn't know how to give proper change. She tried to use a calculator and still messed up the change two times. We ordered 25 percent sugar and received 100 percent sugar. We had to go back and they made a new one with 25 percent sugar and let us keep the first one. We ordered coffee milk tea and the flavour is okay, nothing special.
We waited for 30 minutes before being served. The management seemed disorganized and the staff appeared inexperienced. Customers who arrived after us received their drinks before us, and those who came before us received their drinks after us. Even though we ordered drinks with half sugar, all four of them were overly sweet.
