Big Star Sandwich Co. - Richmond

I just spent $57 on two sandwiches and I'm quite frustrated. The sandwiches were tasty, but $57 is a steep price for just two sandwiches. Perhaps consider reducing your delivery fee? I understand that DoorDash is also to blame, but still.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are delicious, but they are quite expensive for the portion size. There are no other comparable options in town, which allows them to set their prices high. However, in the future, I believe that some competition may arise and offer equally tasty sandwiches at a lower price.

The sandwich was good, but there was a bit too much sauce for my liking. I did appreciate the shaved turkey instead of the usual sliced deli meat.

Fresh Bread. Tasty sauces. The chicken meat ground a bit too fine.

I've always liked their sandwiches because of the fresh ingredients, but the sandwich I got today was sooo much smaller than before and the bread tasted par-cooked. I hope it was a one-off issue, instead of an operational change.
