Boston Pizza - Richmond

I haven't been to Boston Pizza in years and I was really excited about having their pizza again. First of all the service was pretty bad. We walked in the door and it took at least 10 mins the hostest noticed we were there. And our dinner service was almost non existence because we didn't see our server besides taking our order, getting our food and bill. Honestly pretty disappointed with the service. We really enjoyed out perogies pizza and Caesar salad. The pizza was cheesy and sliced potatoes really complimented pizza dough it was crispy and chewy at the same time. The Caesar salad had the right amount of ranch and bacon bits. The last item we got was the baked ravioli. We didn't care for it because it lacked flavor. Overall the food wasn't too bad but the service was kind of a turnoff. Hopefully it will be better next time.

We sat here for over 15 minutes and wasn't offered until another 15 mins later. The food arrived another 1/2 hour later.... but at least the server was courteous... Had a Caesar salad but they didn't use romaine so that was a bit odd....

Some of the worst service we've had in years tonight. Our server took the order at the beginning and we never saw her again until we paid the bill at the very end. No quality checks. Dirty plates never cleared. Had to go to the front to ask for a to go boxes, then pack everything ourselves. Sat and waited for our three-year-old to get his dessert. When it didn't show up, we had to go ask for it. I'm sure this isn't every person's experience, but this location needs to seriously pick up its game in terms of staff training and evaluation to ensure consistent customer experience. Doubt we will be back.

Bad service waited 1 hour for food while there is no one afterwards no one came to help with anything else after even took 30 minutes to get the bill Will not recommend this franchise BP

Service was very slow The spinach in the salad tasted old or expired I was disappointed I gave the server my offer number (from online) and they didn't even bring out my dessert (my birthday voucher)
