The knowledge level of the staff varies; some are quite knowledgeable while others are less so. However, I've always had a positive experience with the kitchen. I've only tried breakfast here, but they do toast gluten-free bread in the oven for my avocado toast. I've also enjoyed their omelets—just make sure to ask for real eggs, as carton eggs can sometimes contain gluten. I've never had any reactions and have had several safe meals here. When a restaurant seems stressed or extremely busy, I tend to avoid eating there, as the risk of cross-contamination increases if the staff is flustered. This place can get quite busy, so it’s best to trust your instincts.

My server seemed unfamiliar with gluten and asked, "So you just can't have bread?" The gluten-free bread was definitely toasted in a regular toaster, and after just a few bites, I started to feel unwell.

While the menu was somewhat limited, the bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and informed me that the kitchen takes celiac issues seriously, especially concerning prep space and cross-contamination. I enjoyed a delicious and filling chef salad, which I was really happy with. The bartender even recommended an alternative salad dressing when he wasn't completely sure about the ranch. I only deducted one star due to the limited choices, but it's a sports bar, so I couldn't expect too much variety. Overall, I had a fantastic experience near gate E78.

One star too many. Guy at door said celiac husband could have lettuce wrapped burger. Waited 20 minutes to get in, to find out the patties contain wheat.

Very limited options and the server was completely oblivious. There is a blurb on the menu saying to ask about all their gf options. When I asked about gf options the laughed and said "good luck". Not impressed. After asking to speak with the manager we waited for a good 20 minutes before the manager came. I ended up ordering a BLT on GF bread with coleslaw.. it was dry and gross. Unfortunately it's the only side down restaurant At YVR. Avoid if possible!
