Check out this hidden gem! The restaurant is small, seating less than 20 people, but the food is fantastic. I would give it a 4 out of 5 rating.
This is hands down the best Chinese food I've ever had! The meat is high quality, not fatty or gristly, and simply delicious. A must try!
We passed by this little restaurant many times but only tried it when a friend invited us to try. We gathered 6 people (the only way to enjoy Chinese food) to sample many dishes. We tried the spicy crayfish, clam, chicken stew with potatoes and hand-cut noodles, vegetable dumplings, beans, corn etc. All dishes were tuned down the heat (to accommodate our southern Chinese taste) . . . and there was some left over to take home. We are already planning a return to try dishes that we missed this time. Prices are reasonable. Next time you go that route . . . be adventurous and try the authentic dishes --- not halibut chips etc. (though I am sure they are good).
I have tried all sorts of different regional chinese foods but this has got to be one of the best! Run by a friendly wife husband team who make great tasting dishes. So far I been here twice and enjoyed everything both times. Well known 'Joanna' did all the ordering. I really enjoyed their home made dumplings, home made noodles in a delicios lamb broth, salivating free range chicken in a mild chilly oil sauce (sorry don't know the English translation), fresh prawns w/ vegetables & a thinly sliced boneless lamb/vegetable dish.Any dish you order here is going to be so delicious! This is definitely a hidden gem, a small cozier place so u may want to make a reservation ahead of time!
