L A Chicken - Richmond

This restaurant may be small and unassuming, but it serves the best Kentucky fried style chicken in Vancouver. Trust me, anyone who says otherwise is mistaken.

I recently had four pieces of chicken for an early dinner. This is my rating: The chicken was tasty, hot, and fresh. Some people mentioned that they would provide an extra piece if the drumsticks were very small, but this was not the case for my order, even though they were all on the small side. I was satisfied with the portion size as it was almost big enough for two people. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be returning.

Found this place by accident on the way home from Richmond. Some of the best spicy chicken I've had, and the price was right. Seems the word's gotten around cuz their parking lot is packed during meal times from people getting take out so it's not as convenient as it used to be.

Hey Franky, this isn't the greatest fried chicken we've ever had, definitely not in the top 10. However, Vancouver doesn't have many good fried chicken spots, so in comparison, this is probably the best we've had in Vancouver so far. It was a decent fast food option for chicken. My only issue is that we ordered spicy chicken and it had no heat at all. I'm not sure if they delivered the wrong order or if that's their version of spicy. Either way, this place can definitely satisfy a fried chicken craving.

I really love this chicken. It has a good flavour, the coating isn’t too thick, it is crunchy and stays crispy! I have eaten it within a short time it was prepared and also several hours after it was prepared and it just stays so nice and crispy. How did they do it?
