Pho soup depth is light but doesn’t make one thirsty afterwards. That’s a good thing. However, even as a light eater i found the regular size to be smaller than standard. The bowl is smaller in dimension. Wouldn’t order the pho again. Atmospheric is comfortable however and they arranged seating very neatly for a big group.

I tried the special everything pho and it was excellent. The soup was tasty and the rice noodles were cooked perfectly. The portion size was generous with a good amount of meat, although there could have been more tendon. As for the brisket, it was delicious.

The food was average, but I was disappointed to find a piece of broken glass in my banh mi sandwich. Additionally, the Vietnamese coffee lacked sweetness. I would suggest exploring other dining options instead.

This restaurant is consistently excellent. The Pho has a great broth and the C1 pork chop is delicious. I especially enjoy the Spring Rolls. Unfortunately, the Vietnamese Iced coffee was too bitter this time, but nobody is perfect. This restaurant sets the bar for all other Vietnamese restaurants. In my 30 years of eating Pho, I have yet to find one that is better or as consistently good.
