Richmond Japanese Sushi

As per the reviews and tic toks, this place is great and one of the best for sushi. We had to wave down the waitress to order. The atmosphere was outdated. The food was bland and not fresh. The sashimi was small pieces. If you are not familiar with the names of the items, you will have a difficult time ordering (no pictures). We have had Sushi in different places and would say this is the worst.

Had a terrible experience at Ninkazu. My friend and I arrived at the restaurant at 1:25pm and we ordered our 1st round. As soon as the food came by, we were told they 're doing their last calls. As we didn 't completely receive all of our food in the first round, we ordered a bit more. They collected our order and were told they close at 2:30. We only had 30 mins to finish two rounds of food. AYCE usually allocates 90 mins for you, I think it 's only fair if they tell us in advance. We asked the server to advise their customers in the futute. The response we got was 'you should have checked when the restaurant closes '. Food wasn 't great, sushi rice was hard and the udon was just sad.

This place remains one of the best options for All You Can Eat in Richmond. It's definitely worth the money! The service is quick, and the food is delicious. We particularly enjoy the Chicken Wings, Beef Ribs, Chicken Karaage, and Takoyaki, among other dishes. Make sure to come with a big appetite and be patient. We'll definitely be returning!

The staff is always excellent and the food is not too bad for all you can eat restaurant and would recommend you come hungry and leave super stuffed ???

The beef short ribs and torched salmon sushi were the stand out items on Menu B. Food was served hot and fresh, but service was very slow and the server never gave us our order sheet back after our second round of orders. If you visit this restaurant, don't be shy to wave your sheet at anyone passing by because sometimes they look right and you and still walk away. Overall, this is a decent place for AYCE sushi, but I still prefer Shabusen.
