Shintaro Sushi Japanese Restaurant

I love this place. quality and processing is the best notch. the Japanese restaurant is so authentic. the restaurant is small, so when they come in a big party, then they expect to be turned away.

Small jewel in the heart of steveston village. the sashimi is always fresh and her tempura and altersashi tofu are crispy, but not oily. I recommend this place for small family trips, couple appointments or small parties.

Walked in with the family to have lunch around 1145am The restaurant was completely empty. The waitress didn't greet us with a hello, instead she said close the door but quite rudely. When we asked for a high chair she said they didn't have one so we asked if we could put a chair beside the table for the baby and she said no they could not. We ended up walking out of the restaurant.

Decent mom and pop sushi place. The food was fresh and tasty, good for lunch.

Always solid. One of the best available. Fresh ingredients,attentive staff and masterful flavour. Inaniwa udon is a must try!!!!
